Adult Division

• 400m Pool Swim
• 12 mile Bike Ride
• 5k run

Youth Division

Participants 6-9 years old:

• 50m Pool Swim
• 3 mile Bike Ride
• 1 mile run

Participants 10-13 years old:

• 100m Pool Swim
• 3 mile Bike Ride
• 1 mile run
