Class Descriptions

Aqua Boot Camp – Utilizes the water and pool deck for a greater variety of exercises and to challenge your endurance.

Aqua Cardio – High energy class designed to include traditional and non-traditional aerobic movements.

Beginning Aquatics – A workout of cardio and toning exercises modified for new exercisers.

Power UP – Workout moves from the shallow to deep end to challenge the cardio system and work on strength and muscle endurance (Located in the deep end of the pool -10ft).

Senior Splash – Focuses on older adults’ need to improve flexibility and strength with little or no-impact.

Water Interval – An intense interval workout combining resistance training and jogging.
