Good Friday Day Camp

Good Friday Day Camp is a full-day camp for all elementary-age students on Friday, April 2. The purpose is to provide your child with supervised care while school is out. The program will be held at the Richard Kane YMCA, 101 N. Osage Ave,. Care will be provided 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. The cost for camp is $25.00 per day/child for Y-Members and $30.00 per day/child for Non Y-Members. Activities include group games, crafts, swimming and more! Parents are responsible for providing their child with a sack lunch and drink each day. A morning and afternoon snack will be provided. All participants must register. You may register for this camp in person at the YMCA front desk or online.


This program is available for children who are currently enrolled in the Bartlesville Public School system, ages 4-12. Activities range from recreation and games to arts and crafts, reading, music, time to finish school assignments, and "free time" for children to pursue their favorite interests.

  • Before School Care: 7:00am - 8:30am
  • After School Care: 3:30pm - 6:00pm
*Note: Parents please do not drop your children off before the opening time or pick them up later than the closing time.

Daily drop-in rates, for each day attended, if space is available,

  • Before School Care: $18.00
  • After School Care:$23.00

Initial payment is due the first day of school, all other payments will be required to be paid by the 15th of the current pay period month. The payment period rate is the average rate based on the number of days the children are in school and spread equally into 9 payment periods. Pro-rated and/or refunds for non-attendance are not available. Statements will not be sent. It is the Parent’s responsibility to pay on time. If the current period payment is not received by the 15th of that pay period a $10.00 late fee will be applied to the account. Accounts past due over 30 days will result in dismissal from the program. Only one discount per child may be applied to fees, for qualifying families. All returned payments will be subject to a $25.00 fee.
