Age Division: 3rd Grade (Coed), 4th Grade (Coed), 5th Grade (Coed), 6th Grade (Coed)

Registration Dates: March 15th - July 15th

Registration Cost (not including equipment):

• EARLY March 15th - April 30th: $125
• REGULAR May 1st - June 30th: $175
• LATE July 1st - July 15th: $225

Practice Dates: Practices may begin on July 29th, 2024. Exact practice days and times will vary per team. All practices will follow INFC rules. Per INFC rules, there will be NO practice or games on Labor Day weekend: August 30th, August 31st, September 1st, and September 2nd. Practices may resume on September 3rd. 

Season Game Dates: The first game day of the season is August 24th. Teams will play one game a week (game days are Saturdays).

Equipment: Guardians may rent the required gameplay safety equipment from the YMCA for their player. If a player has their own CERTIFIED equipment, they may use that. Guardians also must purchase game day pants and cleats. 

Equipment Rental Cost:

• Shoulder Pads: $35.00

• Certified Helmet: $50.00

*YMCA equipment rental fees are due upon receiving equipment and are NON-REFUNDABLE. This fee supports reconditioning costs of used equipment post season. 

Equipment Pick Up Dates:

• July 17th: 5p-8p
• July 24th 5p-8p
• July 27th: 5p-8p

Equipment Return: Rented equipment is to be returned by NOV. 15th for no additional fees.
After Nov. 15th the following late fees will be charged. 

• Nov. 16th: $25 late fee
• Dec. 1st: additional $75 late fee *Total late fees: $100
• Jan. 1st: additional $100 late fee *Total late fees: $200
  *Please note that failure to return equipment will result in late fees and may lead to restrictions on future participation in the YMCA program.

Uniforms: Parents must purchase a new 2024 INFC YMCA Bruins Football jersey online. New jerseys will be worn by every Y team at ALL games. Jerseys will be purchased from Midwest Sports.

In order to request a jersey number players must come to a jersey fitting and have their sizes and number request signed off by a coach or program director. Requested numbers are NOT guaranteed. *The YMCA is not responsible for the replacement of jerseys purchased in incorrect sizes. 

Volunteer Coaches:

Our Sports programs rely on volunteer coaches to help make each season possible. Each football team is in need of 3-6 volunteer coaches. If you are interested in being a volunteer coach or know someone who is interested in being a volunteer coach please complete a volunteer packet available at the YMCA front desk.

Coaches are responsible for:

• Managing their team, including setting practice days and times
• Teaching safe technique 
• Teaching safe plays 
• Coordinating game day schedules with families 
• Enforcing INFC practice and game day rules
• Ensuring an environment to give players a fun experience.

2024 Football Committee

YMCA Youth Tackle Football will play in the INFC conference, with major coordination by our new Youth Football Committee. This committee will provide additional support and collaboration for this stage of YMCA Youth Football. 

The new Youth Football Committee’s goals are to:

• Grow youth tackle football participation in Bartlesville 
• Give youth athletes opportunity for eventual integration directly into the Bartlesville High School Football Program 
• To partner with the Richard Kane YMCA to provide resources for every team to be as successful as possible as they work towards play at the High School level.
