Enjoy family and friends for open swim time in the pool! Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent/adult (age 18 & up). In order to keep everyone safe, please keep non-swimmers within reach of an adult/guardian and out of the deep end. A swim test, without a lifejacket, is required for entry to the deep end for more confidant swimmers. We recommended bringing your own lifejacket to ensure fit if one is needed. All participants are expected to follow posted pool rules, obey YMCA lifeguards, and enjoy your time in the water!
Lanes are first come, first served. Lap Swim is designed to be a workout, so we ask swimmers to share lanes and circle swim during their time in the pool. Please be courteous to your fellow swimmers, so everyone can enjoy the workout. Swimmers must be doing continuous laps during Lap Swim times.
Aqua Boot Camp
A class designed for swimmers and land lovers – set in the pool but all about cross-training. Enjoy a workout that will leave you feeling strong and exhausted at the same time. This class utilizes the water and pool deck for a greater variety of exercises and to challenge your endurance.
