Youth Fit

Motivational and challenging youth performance training designed to increase speed, strength, agility, and build a foundation for overall athletic performance featuring age-appropriate cross-training for injury prevention. This class is friendly for all sports and ability levels.

Youth Fit Details

  • Session 2*: March 30th - April 27th
  • 4 week Session
  • Two Age Groups: 8-12 (5:30p-6:30p) or 12-18 (6:30p-7:30p)
  • Classes held on Tue, Wed, & Fri.
  • Cost: Y-Member $45, Non Y-Member $55
